Join us online for our New Moon Women’s Circle, a gentle and grounding space to pause, reflect, and set intentions...
No expectations. No performance. Just presence
Have you ever felt like you need something but can’t quite name what it is? Maybe it’s connection, maybe it’s stillness, maybe just permission to pause in a world that never stops moving. If you’re reading this and something inside you stirred, even just a little, that’s enough reason to be here.
Lunar Reflections is a women’s circle that meets twice monthly, aligned with the new moon and full moon cycles.
We gather outdoors when weather allows – in nature, and move online during winter months or poor weather. Each gathering lasts about 1.5 hours and creates a space for authentic connection without pressure or expectation.
You don’t need to know anything about women’s circles, spirituality or even identify a certain way. Just bring yourself with curiosity.
Every gathering is an invitation, never a requirement. We might suggest a reflection prompt, offer a moment to write something down, or create space for sharing—but nothing is mandatory. Take what resonates, leave what doesn't.
We're proudly social media free. There are no photos to post, no highlight reels to curate, no pressure to show up as anything other than exactly who you are in this moment. Tired? Welcome. Uncertain? Welcome. Joyful? Welcome. You don't have to have it all together here.
You don't need any prior knowledge, experience, or preparation. You don't need to meditate, journal, or have read any particular books. You don't even need to believe in anything specific. All you need is a willingness to show up with an open mind and a curious heart.
This is a judgment-free zone where women can be honest, vulnerable, and real. What's shared in our gatherings stays within our gatherings. We hold space for each other's stories, struggles, and celebrations without trying to fix, advise, or compare.
We get it, it might sound a bit woo woo right? But here us out, if you identify with any of the below this group is absolutely for you. So drop us a message or come along to an event with curiosity and get ready to meet yourself.

No. While we use the moon's cycles as a gentle framework, this isn't a spiritual practice or religious gathering. You don't need to believe in anything specific to participate. We welcome women of all faiths, no faith, and everything in between.
Not at all. Think of the moon simply as nature's calendar—a way to mark regular times to pause and reflect.
That's absolutely fine. Come when you can, when you feel called, when it works for your schedule. There's no commitment or expectation of regular attendance. Each gathering stands alone.
Yes, completely free. Always. Lunar Reflections exists to create accessible space for women to connect and reflect without financial barriers. There are no hidden costs, upsells, or expectations.
Absolutely! Many women find it easier to attend for the first time with a friend. Just make sure you both RSVP to the event so we have an accurate headcount.
Yes. What's shared in our gatherings stays within our gatherings. We create a container of trust where women can be vulnerable and honest without worry that their words will be shared elsewhere.
Our gatherings aren't therapy, but they are a supportive, compassionate space. Many women find comfort in connecting with others during challenging times. If you're in crisis or need professional support, we encourage you to reach out to a counsellor or therapist, but you're still welcome to join us for community and connection.
You're not alone—many of our attendees experience social anxiety. The structure of our gatherings, the optional nature of participation, and the non-judgmental atmosphere often make it easier than typical social situations. You can participate as much or as little as feels comfortable, and there's no pressure to be "on."
Please RSVP through Eventbrite so we know to expect you and can send you any important updates (like location details or weather cancellations). It also helps us plan for group size.
